Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. yeast
2 Tbsp. lukewarm water
5 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. soda
3 tsp. baking powder
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 c. shortening
2 c. buttermilk
Preparation

Grease pan.
Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water.
Sift flour, soda, baking powder, salt and sugar in large bowl.
Put in shortening. Add dissolved yeast and buttermilk; mix well.
Knead.
Roll out on floured surface.
Cut out.
Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 12 to 15 minutes or until brown.
Dough may be refrigerated until needed.
