Ingredients

1 smoked shoulder
whole cloves
1 to 2 lb. brown sugar
Preparation

Boil smoked shoulder on stove in water for about 3 hours.
Then place in roaster and stick whole cloves into top of ham.
Cover with brown sugar and add 1 cup water.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 2 hours at 400\u00b0.
