Flaky Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sifted flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. shortening
    4 to 5 Tbsp. cold water
Preparation
    Sift flour and salt together.
    Cut shortening in until size of small peas.
    Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of water over mixture. Gently toss with fork.
    Repeat until all is moistened. Form ball. Roll out on floured board and shape into pie pan.
