Oriental Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (27 oz.) kraut
    1 medium can Chinese vegetables
    1 small can bean sprouts
    1 small (8 oz.) can water chestnuts
    1 c. fresh red bell pepper
    1 c. fresh green bell pepper
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. grated carrots
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. vinegar
    3/4 c. oil
Preparation
    Pour over first mixture and cover in refrigerator for 3 days. Then put into small jars.
    Keep in refrigerator.
    Good summer salad!
