Effie'S Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks butter or margarine
    1/2 c. Crisco
    5 eggs
    3 c. sugar
    3 1/2 c. plain flour
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. almond
Preparation
    Cream butter, Crisco and sugar.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well.
    Add milk and flour alternately.
    Add flavors.
    Bake for 1 1/2 hours in a 300\u00b0 oven.
