Cheddar Cheese And Macaroni - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/4 c. flour
    2 c. milk
    2 c. shredded sharp cheese
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. spiral macaroni, cooked and drained
    20 Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation
    In saucepan over medium-high heat, melt 1/4 cup margarine. Blend in flour gradually.
    Add milk, stirring constantly, until mixture begins to thicken and boil.
    Cook and stir 1 minute.
    Stir in cheese until melted.
    Combine cheese sauce and macaroni in 2-quart casserole.
    Melt remaining margarine; stir in cracker crumbs.
    Sprinkle over casserole.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Serves 7.
