Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. diced, cooked chicken
    2 c. diced celery
    1/2 c. chopped almonds
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Combine ingredients and spread in casserole dish.
    Top with 1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese and 1 cup crushed potato chips. Bake in a 425\u00b0 oven for 10 to 15 minutes, until chips are brown.
