Refrigerator Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (15 oz.) box wheat bran flakes with raisins
4 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. whole wheat flour
5 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
4 eggs (or substitute), beaten
3 c. buttermilk
1 c. honey
1 c. oil
Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl.
Mix all wet ingredients and add to dry, stirring to moisten well.
Cover and store in refrigerator until ready to bake, as long as 5 to 6 weeks.
