Salisbury Steaks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 egg, beaten
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped pepper
    Mushroom Sauce
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except mushroom sauce.
    Form into 8 equally long rolls.
    Broil 3 inches from source of heat 5 to 7 minutes on each side.
    Add to mushroom sauce.
    Heat 15 minutes and serve.
