Spinach Artichoke Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 lb. artichoke hearts
    1 c. seasoned croutons
    1/4 c. butter, melted
Preparation
    In large bowl, mix spinach, cream cheese, 1/4 cup butter, salt and pepper.
    Pour mixture into buttered 1-quart casserole dish. Arrange artichokes on top.
    Coat croutons with remaining 1/4 cup butter and spread over artichokes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes, or until bubbly.
    Makes 6 servings.
