Country Fair Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni
1 lb. ground chuck beef
1 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt or less
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 can cream of celery soup
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream or Light 'n Lively lite)
1 can English peas, drained
Preparation

Cook macaroni; drain well.
Combine ground chuck, onion and seasonings in an iron skillet.
Saute until meat is lightly browned, stirring to crumble.
Drain all grease.
Stir in celery soup and let simmer 10 minutes.
Stir in macaroni and remaining ingredients.
Bake in a lightly greased 2 1/2-quart casserole dish for 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
This makes 8 servings.
