Zucchini Jam - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. zucchini, grated and peeled
    4 c. white sugar
    2 oranges, squeezed (save peel)
Preparation
    Stir and let set overnight.
    Next day, add 1 grated peel.
    Add 1 lemon.
    Boil about 15 minutes or until thick.
    Pour into jars and seal.
