Chicken Breast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. crackers, crushed (use \"buttery\" type)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    5 or 6 chicken breasts (3 or 4 c. diced)
    1 can sliced water chestnuts
    1 stick oleo
Preparation
    Boil chicken. Cut or tear into bite sized pieces. Put 2 cups cracker crumbs in a 9 x 13-inch casserole. Dot with 1/2 stick oleo. Add chicken and top with water chestnuts. Mix soups and sour cream and pour over chicken. Spread 1 cup cracker crumbs over top. Dot with remaining 1/2 stick oleo and bake in 350\u00b0 oven until bubbly in center.
