Japanese Chicken Wings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. soy sauce
3/4 c. sugar
1 large clove garlic, minced fine
1 bunch scallions, sliced thin using just the green portion
1/4 tsp. ginger
3 lb. chicken wings
Preparation

Mix all ingredients except chicken and refrigerate overnight. Dip chicken wings in flour and fry until golden brown.
When ready to serve, dip the wings in the marinade and place in roasting pan or on platter.
Heat in oven or microwave until just warm.
Serve.
