Rumaki(Microwave) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can water chestnuts, halved
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. brown sugar
bacon, cut in 2-inch pieces
Preparation

Marinate water chestnuts in soy sauce for 1 hour.
Roll water chestnuts in brown sugar and wrap bacon around, securing with a toothpick.
Microwave on paper towel until bacon is crisp, about 4 to 5 minutes.
Give 1/2 turn during cooking.
