Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. thinly sliced zucchini
    1 small can chopped green chilies
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli, cooked as per pkg. instructions
    1/2 c. uncooked Minute rice
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 c. boiling water with 1 chicken bouillon cube
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Layer first 5 ingredients, using only 1 1/2 cups of the cheese.
    Mix the bouillon water with the soup and pour over first 5 ingredients.
    Sprinkle with the remaining 1/2 cup cheese.
    Bake for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
