Buffalo Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 slices bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces
    1 large onion, minced
    2 lb. buffalo, shredded or cut into very small pieces
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1 green bell pepper, seeded and sliced
    1 (16 oz.) can chopped tomatoes with liquid
    2 (16 oz. each) cans red kidney beans with liquid
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. each: ground cumin, salt and celery salt
    1/4 tsp. each: hot pepper flakes and dried oregano
    1 tsp. molasses
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
Preparation
    In large heavy saucepan over medium heat, fry together bacon and onion, stirring occasionally, until tender, about 5 minutes. Add buffalo meat and brown over medium heat.
    Stir in all remaining ingredients.
    Simmer, uncovered, stirring occasionally, until buffalo is tender and flavors are blended, about 45 minutes.
