Chicken Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut in strips
    1 c. broccoli flowerets
    1 c. matchstick-thin carrot strips
    1/2 c. onion wedges
    2/3 c. water
    2 tsp. low-sodium soy sauce
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
    4 c. hot cooked rice
    1 can cream of broccoli soup
Preparation
    Spray nonstick skillet with cooking spray.
    Heat 1 minute. Stir-fry chicken until browned.
    Remove chicken from skillet. Remove skillet from heat.
    Spray again and stir-fry vegetables until tender-crisp.
    Add soup, water, soy and ginger; heat to boiling.
    Return chicken to skillet.
    Heat through and serve over rice.
