Orange Buttermilk Molded Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 1/2 oz.) can pineapple in juice
6 oz. pkg. orange Jell-O
2 c. buttermilk
8 oz. container Cool Whip, thawed
Preparation

In a large saucepan, bring pineapple and juice to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in Jell-O.
Cool to room temperature. Stir in buttermilk; fold in Cool Whip.
Pour into 8-cup mold. Chill 4 hours or overnight.
