Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. salad oil
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    4 eggs
    2 c. pumpkin
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    3 1/2 c. sifted flour (plain)
    2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon or more
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    2/3 c. water
    1 c. nuts
Preparation
    Mix at low speed the oil, sugar, vanilla and eggs.
    Stir in pumpkin.
    Sift flour, salt, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and baking powder.
    Fold dry mixture into egg mixture and add water and nuts.
    Mix again thoroughly.
    Pour into 2 ungreased loaf pans. Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
