Eggplant Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    eggplant, sliced thin
    tomatoes (fresh)
    onion
    bell pepper
    cheese
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Layer eggplant on bottom of baking dish.
    Layer fresh tomatoes. Layer onion and bell peppers.
    Repeat layering and top with cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Uncover and cook 1/2 hour.
