Cincinnati Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
2 medium onions, chopped
1 qt. water
16 oz. tomatoes
1 1/2 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. chili powder
2 tsp. ground cumin
1 1/2 tsp. ground allspice
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cayenne
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 bay leaves
1 lb. hot, cooked spaghetti
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar
1 c. chopped onion
1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans, heated
12 oz. oyster crackers
Preparation

Combine the beef, onions and water in a large saucepan. Simmer the beef brown.
Add the tomatoes and their juice, along with the vinegar, Worcestershire, chili powder, cumin, allspice, salt, cayenne, cinnamon, garlic powder and bay leaves.
Cover and simmer for 3 hours.
The fat will rise to the top; spoon the fat off.
