Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. bag frozen vegetables
medium onion, chopped
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. chopped celery
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 tubes Ritz crackers
2 sticks oleo
Preparation

Mix vegetables, onion, Cheddar cheese, chopped celery and mayonnaise.
Top with Ritz crackers.
Drizzle oleo over top. Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
