Pecan Cheese Cake Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 large egg
    1 1/4 c. chopped pecans
    3 large eggs
    1 c. light corn syrup
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. sugar
    unbaked 10-inch pie crust
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In medium bowl blend cream cheese, sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla and 1 egg until smooth.
    Pour mixture into pie shell.
    Sprinkle with pecans.
    In another bowl, blend 3 large eggs, corn syrup, 1 teaspoon vanilla and sugar until smooth. Gently pour mixture over nuts.
    Bake on center rack 50 to 60 minutes, until center is just set and pastry is golden brown. Cool on wire rack.
    Makes 8 servings.
