Chocolate Truffles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
    1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    In a microwave-safe bowl, heat chocolate chips and milk at 50% power until chocolate is melted. Stir in vanilla. Chill for 2 hours or until mixture is easy to handle. Shape into balls. Roll in sprinkles or cocoa or nuts. Makes about 4 dozen.
