Potato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes, shredded
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper (use less, if desired)
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
    1 pt. sour cream
    2 c. grated cheese (I use 1 cup mild Cheddar and 1 cup sharp Cheddar)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and put in 9 x 13-inch glass dish (greased).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
