Coconut Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 sticks butter
    3 c. sugar
    5 eggs
    1 small can evaporated milk, diluted to make 1 c.
    3 c. sifted flour
    dash of salt
    1 can Angel Flake coconut
    1 tsp. each: vanilla and almond flavoring
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar until creamy; add eggs, one at a time. Beat after each addition.
    Add milk and flour with salt alternately.
    Fold in coconut; add vanilla and almond flavoring. Pour into well-greased and floured cake mold.
    Bake in a 325\u00b0 oven for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
    Yield:
    18 to 20 servings.
    This cake freezes well and stays moist.
