Chicken Fettuccini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. chicken breasts (skinless and boneless)
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. dried whole basil
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. salt (optional)
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
2 c. sliced zucchini
4 c. hot, cooked fettuccini (no salt)
3/4 c. evaporated, skimmed milk
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Coat a Dutch oven kettle with cooking spray.
Place over medium heat until hot.
Add next 7 ingredients; saute 4 minutes or until chicken loses its pink color.
Add zucchini; saute until tender.
Remove from heat; add cooked fettuccini and milk and toss gently.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Serves 4.
