Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. fresh spinach
    2 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 c. celery, diced
    2 large tomatoes, diced
    2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
Preparation
    Wash and devein spinach.
    Drain thoroughly.
    (Paper towels work wonders on drying in a hurry.)
    Tear or cut spinach into bite sizes.
    Add mushrooms, celery and tomatoes.
    Toss. Arrange hard-boiled egg slices on top. Enjoy with your favorite dressing. Serves 4.
