Pasta Primavera - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 c. broccoli florets
    1 c. carrots, sliced and peeled
    1/2 c. sliced onion
    1/2 c. sliced bell pepper
    1 c. sliced zucchini
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    1 tsp. red pepper
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 lb. pasta (fettuccine or linguine)
Preparation
    Saute garlic in olive oil until browned.
    Add other ingredients.
    Cook until vegetables are tender-crisp.
    Cook pasta until al dente, drain.
    Spoon vegetables over pasta.
    Contains 6 grams fat per serving.
