Frosted Coffee Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. shortening/margarine
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. hot coffee
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Cream shortening and sugar, add egg and beat.
    Add hot coffee, then flour and dry ingredients.
    Add chopped nuts and raisins. Spread on greased baking sheet (10 1/2 x 15-inch).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    It should be light brown on the top.
    Spread with thin powdered sugar icing and cut in squares as soon as icing sets.
