Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 20 lb. hamburger
    Wilson's chili mix (in a bag)
    salt and pepper
    1 to 2 onions
    2 to 4 Tbsp. flour
    5 to 10 medium cans tomato sauce
    water
    hot chili seasoning (optional)
    red beans (optional)
Preparation
    Brown meat in skillet.
    Pour off excess grease.
    Add onions and continue to cook.
    Remove to a deeper pan.
    Add chili mix (add about 8 to 10 tablespoons per pound of hamburger).
    Coat meat with flour and stir.
    Add tomato sauce, salt and pepper.
    If too thick, add water.
    Cook slowly to blend seasoning.
    Optional items may be added.
