Jamie'S Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 pork chops, butterflied
4 c. long grain wild rice, cooked as directed on pkg.
1 large jar mushrooms, drained
2 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
1 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Brown pork chops in skillet, then transfer to a large baking dish.
Combine rice and mushrooms.
Spoon rice mixture into pork chop pockets.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over pork chops and rice.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes, then add grated Mozzarella cheese evenly over entire dish. Continue baking for 20 more minutes.
