Parmesan Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 whole chicken, cut up and skinned and washed in very cold water very well
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. milk
1 1/2 c. instant Potato Buds
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 stick margarine
Preparation

Combine eggs and milk in bowl.
Combine in another bowl the Potato Buds and cheese and garlic powder.
Melt margarine in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Dip chicken in beaten egg mixture and then in potato/cheese mixture.
Put in pan, turn over so both sides are covered with melted margarine.
Salt and pepper to taste and bake in 350\u00b0
oven for approximately 40 minutes.
