Chocolate Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. milk
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    3/4 c. butter or margarine
    3 eggs
    1 c. chocolate chips
    2 c. shredded zucchini
    1/2 c. cocoa
    1 tsp. allspice
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. coconut (optional)
    1/2 c. walnuts (optional)
Preparation
    Stir together dry ingredients.
    Cream butter and sugar and eggs; stir in zucchini and mix.
    Add alternately milk and dry ingredients until well mixed.
    Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Top with chocolate chips and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    This is a very moist cake and is great even without being frosted.
