Chrusciki(Angel Wings) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sour cream
4 egg yolks
2 c. flour, sifted
2 Tbsp. brandy or rum
fat (for frying)
Preparation

Add enough flour to egg yolks, brandy and sour cream to make a soft dough.
Knead until smooth.
Roll out very thin.
Cut into diamond shaped strips, about 1 1/2-inches wide.
Make a slit in center of each strip and pull one end through slit.
Fry in deep fat until golden brown.
Drain on paper towels.
Dust with powdered sugar.
Store in tight container.
