Sicilian Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head romaine lettuce
    4 oranges
    2 Bermuda (purple) onions
    3/4 c. oil
    1/4 c. red wine vinegar
    1 tsp. Beau Monde
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. Accent (m.s.g.)
Preparation
    Tear romaine into bite-sized pieces.
    Peel and section oranges, squeezing juice from pulp into small bowl.
    Thinly slice onions.
    To the orange juice, add oil, vinegar and seasonings. Stir thoroughly, then toss with romaine, oranges and onions. Serves 8.
    This is particularly good with a pasta dish made with tomato sauce.
