Spareribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. spareribs
    2 cloves garlic
    2 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    5 oz. soy sauce
    8 oz. sweet and sour sauce
    8 oz. water
Preparation
    Brown ribs in water.
    To same water, add garlic, sugar, mustard, soy sauce and sweet and sour sauce; stir well.
    Put in oven at 350\u00b0 and bake for 1 1/2 hours or place on top of stove and bring to a boil, then simmer 1 1/2 hours.
    Serves 6 people.
