Cheese Cake Without Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese (8 oz. pkg.)
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    6 eggs
    3 c. milk
    1/2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. vanilla or lemon extract
Preparation
    Cream the cheese and sugar thoroughly. Add eggs, then milk and vanilla.
    Mix, then add flour, always last.
    Sprinkle cinnamon on top.
    Use a 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Make sure center is done.
