Lemon Chicken Fettucini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    lemon pepper seasoning
    salt and pepper
    butter or oleo
    12 oz. fettucini
    4 Tbsp. oleo
    1 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes
Preparation
    Cut each chicken breast into four strips and season liberally with lemon pepper, salt and pepper.
    Melt 2 tablespoons oleo.
    Add chicken and brown lightly on both sides.
    Reduce heat.
    Cover and simmer to desired doneness, approximately 15 to 20 minutes.
