Sausage And Kraut Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    1/2 c. crumbs
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    salt and pepper
    1 lb. can sauerkraut, drained and snipped
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    5 slices bacon
Preparation
    Combine meat, crumbs, eggs, sauce, salt and pepper.
    Form into a 10 x 7-inch rectangle on waxed paper.
    Mix sauerkraut and onion and spread evenly over meat.
    Roll up jelly roll fashion.
    Place in baking dish.
    Arrange bacon slices over top.
    Bake for 45 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
