Salmon Pocket Dinner For One - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 3/4 oz.) can salmon
    1 small potato, peeled and sliced
    onion rings
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    salt and pepper
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 small carrot, peeled and sliced
    1/2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    white wine (optional)
Preparation
    Drain salmon; remove skin and bones if desired.
    Reserve juice.
    Spread butter on a double piece of foil.
    Layer vegetables on foil.
    Add seasonings and crumble bouillon cubes over all. Sprinkle with salmon juice and a little wine.
    Top with salmon. Fold foil to form a tightly sealed packet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
