Beef Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 lb. brisket
    garlic salt
    1 bottle chili sauce
    1 envelope onion soup
    sliced onions
Preparation
    Rub brisket with garlic salt.
    Cover with chili sauce and onion soup.
    Add sliced onions.
    Cover with aluminum foil.
    Put in 350\u00b0 oven for 4 to 5 hours (add water 1/2 way.) Uncover last 1/2 hour.
    Add potatoes and carrots during cooking time or serve with mashed potatoes.
