Mock Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 c. soft bread crumbs
    1 beaten egg
    1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 can cream of onion soup or mushroom soup
    1/2 soup can water
Preparation
    Mix hamburger, bread crumbs and egg together with milk; mix well.
    Add meat, salt and pepper.
    Mix well.
    Press in a cookie sheet.
    Put in refrigerator overnight.
    Cut in squares, roll in flour and brown.
    Place in casserole and cover with cream of onion soup; add water with soup.
    Bake 1/2 to 3/4 hour at 350\u00b0.
