Broccoli And Cheese Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 bag frozen broccoli
2 qt. half and half
1 to 2 c. flour
1 stick butter
1 small box Velveeta cheese
1 clove garlic
onion salt
fresh ground black pepper
bread bowl (rye or Hawaiian)
Preparation

Melt stick of butter in a soup pan; add flour until it makes a thick paste (will have brownish color).
Add the 2 quarts of half and half; stir until thick on Medium-high heat.
Steam broccoli and chop.
Add the broccoli.
Add desired amount of cheese.
Chop the garlic and add the onion salt.
Top the top layer with black pepper.
Hollow out the bread; pour soup into the middle.
