Ingredients

1 salmon fillet (1 1/2 to 2 lb.)
2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard (coarse type)
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. honey
1/4 tsp. grated lemon peel
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
salt and pepper
Preparation

Place salmon on a piece of foil on a broiler; cut the foil around the salmon and discard the rim.
Put salt and pepper on salmon to your taste.
Combine all other ingredients and pour over the salmon.
Broil fish about 5-inches from heat until done (cut to test), about 9 to 12 minutes.
Garnish with parsley and lemon wedges.
