Chili Cheese Log - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 c. (8 oz.) shredded sharp processed American cheese
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    dash of red pepper
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Let cheeses stand at room temperature, add lemon juice, garlic powder and red pepper, beat with electric mixer.
    Stir in nuts. Sprinkle with chili powder and paprika.
