Chicken And Dressing Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken, cooked and broth reserved
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can evaporated milk (12 oz.)
    1 box stuffing mix (like Stove Top)
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1/2 c. chicken broth
Preparation
    Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Use the seasoning packet and bread crumbs for the stuffing mix and combine with the melted butter in a separate bowl.
    Press about 1/2 this mixture into the bottom of the baking pan.
    Remove the skin and bones from the cooked chicken and cut all chicken meat into bite sized pieces. Lay all the cooked chicken meat on top of the crumbs.
    In another mixing bowl, combine the soups, the milk and the chicken broth and mix well.
    Pour this mixture on top of the chicken.
    Scatter the remainder of the crumb mixture over the top of the casserole. Place in a 350\u00b0 oven and heat until hot and bubbly, approximately 45 minutes.
    If you prefer only white meat, substitute cooked boneless chicken breast meat.

    Use canned chicken meat instead.
