Montine'S Fruitcake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans coarse coconut
2 cans Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1 lb. candied cherries
1 lb. candied pineapple
3 c. pecans
1 lb. dates, chopped fine
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix all ingredients and pour either into a Bundt pan or loaf pans.
Cook at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
