Baked Blintzes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 frozen blintzes
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 pt. sour cream
    cinnamon
Preparation
    Melt enough margarine to coat rectangular Pyrex baking dish (8 x 11-inch).
    Place frozen blintzes in dish in one layer.
    Mix remaining ingredients and pour over blintzes.
    Sprinkle cinnamon on top.
    Bake one hour at 375\u00b0 until puffy and golden brown.
    Can serve hot or at room temperature.
